- Set the 'Open Time' (watering duration) and 'Pause Time' (soak duration).
- Define the 'Start Time' and 'End Time' for the entire cycle. For example, water for 15 minutes, pause for 30 minutes, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM daily.

Maintenance
- Filter Cleaning: Regularly check and clean the filter located at the inlet connection to prevent debris from blocking water flow. Remove the timer, unscrew the filter, rinse it under running water, and reinsert.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries promptly when the low battery indicator appears on the display to ensure continuous operation. Always use new 1.5V AA alkaline batteries.
- Winter Storage: Before the first frost or during periods of freezing temperatures, disconnect the timer from the faucet and hoses. Drain any remaining water and store the device indoors in a dry, protected area to prevent damage from freezing.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
