Setup & Installation

1. Attaching the Super Clamp

1. Identify a suitable mounting surface such as a bike handlebar, pole, tripod leg, or crossbar. Ensure the surface diameter is between 0.51 to 2.36 inches (13 to 60mm).
2. Unscrew the large knob on the side of the super clamp to open the jaws.
3. Position the clamp around the desired surface.
4. Tighten the knob firmly until the clamp is securely fastened and does not move. The internal rubber pads will help prevent slippage and protect the surface.

2. Attaching Your Device to the Ball Head

1. Locate the 1/4" screw on top of the ball head.
2. Screw your camera, monitor, LED light, or other compatible device onto the 1/4" screw until it is finger-tight.
3. If using a GoPro or similar action camera, attach the provided GoPro adapter to the 1/4" screw first, then mount your action camera to the adapter.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting the Ball Head

1. To adjust the angle of your mounted device, loosen the small knob located on the side of the ball head.
2. Rotate the ball head 360° or tilt it to achieve the desired angle (up to 90° tilt).
3. Once the desired position is achieved, tighten the knob firmly to lock the ball head in place.

• Compatible Devices: Insta360 One X2, GoPro Hero9 Black, AKASO Brave 7 LE, DJI Osmo Action, DSLRs, LED Lights, Microphones, Flashes, and other devices with a 1/4" screw mount.
• Mounting Surfaces: Bike/Bicycle/Motorcycle Handlebars, Poles, Tripod Tubes, Crossbars, Gimbal Rods, Desktops, Railings, Tree Branches, and any tube-shaped object with a diameter between 0.51 to 2.36 inches (13 to 60mm).

Maintenance

• Keep the clamp clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
• Periodically check all screws and knobs to ensure they are tight and secure.
• Avoid over-tightening the clamp or ball head, as this may cause damage to the product or the mounted surface.
• Store the clamp in a dry place when not in use to prevent corrosion.

Troubleshooting

• Clamp is slipping: Ensure the mounting surface diameter is within the specified range (0.51 to 2.36 inches). Tighten the main knob firmly. The rubber pads should provide sufficient grip; ensure they are clean and intact.
• Ball head is not holding position: Fully tighten the small knob on the side of the ball head. If the issue persists, ensure the weight of the mounted device does not exceed the maximum load capacity of 3.3 lb (1.5KG).
• Device feels unstable: Verify that both the super clamp and the ball head knob are tightened securely. Ensure the device is properly screwed onto the 1/4" mount.
