Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the integrated Li-Ion battery. The battery is fast rechargeable in approximately 3 hours.

  1. Locate the Micro USB charging port on the device (refer to Figure 1).
  2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the inflator and a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, car charger, power bank).
  3. The charge indicator on the display will show the charging status. Ensure the device is fully charged before disconnecting.

Note: The inflator can also act as a portable power bank, compatible with most mobile phone chargers.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On and Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Power/Start button. Alternatively, extending the inflation hose may automatically power on the device.
  • To power off: Press and hold the Power/Start button again, or the device will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity. Retracting the inflation hose may also automatically power off the device.

2. Selecting Inflation Mode

The inflator features four programmable pre-set pressure settings for different applications.

  1. With the device powered on, press the Mode button to cycle through the available modes (e.g., car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball).
  2. Each mode has a default pressure setting, which can be adjusted.

3. Setting Target Pressure

The digital gauge is accurate to +/- 1 PSI up to 50 PSI and is switchable between PSI, BAR, and KPA.

  1. After selecting the desired inflation mode, use the Pressure Adjustment Buttons (+/-) to set your target pressure.
  2. The display will show the current pressure and the target pressure.

4. Connecting to Item for Inflation

  1. Extend the inflation hose from its storage clip.
  2. Attach the appropriate adapter (if necessary) to the valve connection. The inflator comes with various adapters for different valves (e.g., Presta valve adapter, needle for balls).
  3. Securely connect the valve connection to the item's valve stem. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.

  • Storage: Store the inflator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the hose is properly secured in its storage clip.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the battery periodically if the device is not used for extended periods.
  • Hose and Adapters: Inspect the inflation hose and adapters regularly for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if necessary to ensure proper sealing and performance.

Troubleshooting

  • Device not turning on:
    • Check battery charge level. Recharge if necessary.
    • Ensure the power button is pressed and held for a few seconds.
  • Inflator not starting or stopping prematurely:
    • Verify the hose is securely connected to the valve stem without leaks.
    • Check if the target pressure is set correctly and is higher than the current pressure.
    • Ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
  • Inaccurate pressure readings:
    • Ensure the hose connection is tight and there are no air leaks.
    • Recalibrate if possible (refer to specific device instructions if available, otherwise assume factory calibration).
  • Slow inflation:
    • Check for blockages in the hose or adapters.
    • Ensure the battery is fully charged for optimal performance.
