3. Product Overview

Rear Panel Connections

The sound bar features multiple input ports on its rear panel for various audio sources:

• HDMI ARC: For high-quality digital audio connection with ARC-enabled TVs.
• Optical: For digital audio connection from TVs, game consoles, etc.
• Coaxial: For digital audio connection.
• AUX (3.5mm): For analog audio connection from devices with a headphone jack.
• USB: For local music playback from a USB drive.
• DC IN: Power input port.

4. Setup

Placement

Place the sound bar on a stable, flat surface in front of your TV, or mount it on the wall using the provided screws and brackets. Ensure it is ideally positioned for your listening area, especially in smaller rooms.

Connecting to Your TV/Device

The sound bar offers several connection methods. Choose the one that best suits your device:

• HDMI ARC: Connect an HDMI cable (not included) from the sound bar's HDMI ARC port to your TV's HDMI ARC port. Set your TV's audio output to 'PCM'.
• Optical: Connect the provided optical cable from the sound bar's OPTICAL port to your TV's optical output. Set your TV's audio output to 'PCM'.
• AUX: Connect the provided 3.5mm audio cable from the sound bar's AUX port to your device's audio output.
• Coaxial: Connect a coaxial cable (not included) from the sound bar's COAXIAL port to your device's coaxial output.
• Bluetooth: Power on the sound bar and select Bluetooth mode. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select 'LITTOAK SE04' from the available devices to pair. If already connected to another device, press the BT button on the remote for more than two seconds to make it discoverable.
• USB: Insert a USB drive with audio files into the USB port. The sound bar will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playback.

Powering On

Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the sound bar and then plug it into a wall outlet. Press the power button on the sound bar or the remote control to turn it on.

5. Operating the Sound Bar

Input Selection

Use the 'MODE' button on the sound bar or the dedicated input buttons (BT, OPT, AUX, COAX, ARC, USB) on the remote control to switch between different audio sources.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the 'VOL+' and 'VOL-' buttons on the sound bar or the remote control.

EQ Modes

The sound bar features three preset equalizer (EQ) modes to optimize audio for different content types:

• Music Mode: Enhances audio for music playback, providing a balanced sound profile.
• Movie Mode: Optimizes sound for movies, emphasizing dialogue clarity and cinematic effects.
• Dialogue Mode: Focuses on vocal clarity, ideal for news, podcasts, or TV shows with heavy dialogue.

Select these modes using the 'MUSIC', 'MOVIE', and 'DIALOG' buttons on the remote control.

6. Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the surface of the sound bar with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish.

Storage

If storing the sound bar for an extended period, disconnect it from the power source and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LITTOAK SE04 Sound Bar, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Sound:
  • Ensure the sound bar is powered on and the correct input source is selected.
  • Check that the volume is not muted or set too low on both the sound bar and your connected device.
  • If using Optical/HDMI connection, ensure your TV's audio output is set to 'PCM'.
  • Verify all cables are securely connected.
• Distorted Sound:
  • Reduce the volume on both the sound bar and your device.
  • Check for interference if using Bluetooth (e.g., move closer to the sound bar).
  • Ensure audio cables are not damaged.
• Remote Control Not Working:
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the sound bar.
  • Check and replace the remote control batteries if necessary.
• Bluetooth Connection Issues:
  • Ensure the sound bar is in Bluetooth pairing mode (blinking blue light).
  • If the sound bar was previously connected to another device, press the BT button on the remote for more than two seconds to make it discoverable for new pairing.
  • Try unpairing and re-pairing the sound bar from your device's Bluetooth settings.
