4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Vehicle Battery

1. Connect the included USB charging cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
2. Connect the Li-Ion 2S, 7.4V, 2000mAh battery to the charging cable.
3. The charging indicator on the USB cable will show the charging status (refer to the charger's specific indicator behavior).
4. Charging typically takes approximately 90 minutes. Do not overcharge the battery.
5. Disconnect the battery once charging is complete.

4.2. Installing Vehicle Battery

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the dump truck.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Carefully insert the charged Li-Ion battery into the compartment.
4. Connect the battery connector to the vehicle's power connector. Ensure correct polarity.
5. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.3. Installing Remote Control Batteries

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the 2.4 GHz remote control.

3. Insert 4x AA Mignon 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.4. Pairing the Vehicle and Remote Control

1. Turn on the remote control. The indicator light will flash.
2. Turn on the power switch on the vehicle.
3. The remote control and vehicle will automatically pair. The indicator light on the remote control will become solid when pairing is successful.
4. If pairing fails, turn off both devices and repeat the steps.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Controls

The 2.4 GHz remote control offers fully proportional control for precise operation. Familiarize yourself with the control sticks and buttons:

• Left Stick: Controls forward/backward movement.
• Right Stick: Controls left/right steering.
• Dump Bed Control: Typically a dedicated button or lever to raise and lower the dump bed.
