4. Installation
4.1 Before Installation
- Read the entire instruction manual before beginning.

5.1 Fan Operation
The fan offers three speed settings to accommodate various cooking needs:

6.1 Cleaning Grease Filters

- Clean: Wash filters in a dishwasher or by hand using hot water and a mild detergent.
