3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your vacuum cleaner before first use.
- Connect the Hose: Insert the flexible hose into the air inlet opening on the main unit until it clicks securely into place. To detach, press the release button and pull.
- Attach the Telescopic Tube: Connect the curved end of the hose handle to the telescopic metal tube. Extend the telescopic tube to your desired length by pressing the adjustment button and pulling the tube.
- Attach the Floor Nozzle: Connect the floor nozzle to the end of the telescopic tube. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Power Connection: Extend the power cord from the rear of the unit and plug it into a suitable 240V AC power outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
Operating your EuropAce EVC 3201W is straightforward.
- Power On/Off: Press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.
- Adjust Suction Power: Use the adjustable speed control dial (if present) on the main unit or the air flow control on the hose handle to regulate suction power. Reduce suction for delicate fabrics and increase for heavily soiled carpets.
- Vacuuming: Guide the floor nozzle over the surface to be cleaned. For optimal results, move the nozzle slowly and steadily.
- Cord Rewind: After use, unplug the power cord from the outlet. Press the cord rewind button (if present) on the main unit to automatically retract the power cord.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Emptying the Dust Bucket
- Locate the dust bucket release button/handle on the main unit.
- Press the button and carefully remove the dust bucket from the vacuum cleaner.
- Position the dust bucket over a waste bin. Open the bottom lid of the dust bucket (if applicable) or twist to unlock and empty the contents.
- Close the dust bucket lid securely and reinsert the dust bucket into the main unit until it clicks into place.
5.2. Cleaning the HEPA Filter
The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly, typically after every 3-5 uses, or when suction power noticeably decreases. It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter annually or as needed.
- Remove the dust bucket as described above.
- Locate the HEPA filter, usually positioned within or near the dust bucket assembly.
- Carefully remove the HEPA filter.
- Tap the filter gently over a waste bin to dislodge loose dust. For a more thorough clean, rinse the filter under cool running water. Do not use detergents or hot water.
- Allow the HEPA filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Do not use the vacuum cleaner with a wet filter.
- Reinsert the dry HEPA filter and then the dust bucket.
5.3. Cleaning Other Parts
- Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Check the hose, telescopic tube, and nozzles for blockages. Remove any debris that may be obstructing airflow.
