1. Introduction

The ALPHA RUN 400 is designed to offer a varied and effective training experience with 32 programs, speeds up to 20 km/h, and inclines up to 12%. Its powerful 3 HP continuous motor ensures stability even during intense workouts. Features like the Energy Deck cushioning system protect your joints, while Bluetooth connectivity allows for heart rate monitoring and integration with apps like Kinomap.

2. Safety Instructions

WARNING: Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for individuals over the age of 35 or those with pre-existing health conditions.

  • Read all instructions in this manual before using the treadmill.
  • Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during operation.
  • Wear appropriate athletic footwear and clothing. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.
  • Always use the emergency stop system. Attach the safety key clip to your clothing before beginning your workout.

  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged. Do not use extension cords.

3. Setup and Assembly

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Console Overview

The ALPHA RUN 400 features an LCD display console that shows all relevant training data, including speed, incline, time, distance, calories, and heart rate. The console also provides quick selection buttons for speed and incline adjustments.

4.2 Starting a Workout

  1. Ensure the safety key is properly inserted into the console and the clip is attached to your clothing.
  2. Step onto the side rails of the treadmill.
  3. Press the START button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
  4. Carefully step onto the moving belt and begin walking.

4.3 Adjusting Speed and Incline

Use the SPEED +/- buttons on the console or handlebars to increase or decrease the running speed (up to 20 km/h). Use the INCLINE +/- buttons to adjust the incline level (up to 12%). Quick selection buttons are also available for rapid adjustments.

4.4 Training Programs

The ALPHA RUN 400 offers 32 pre-set training programs. Refer to the console's specific instructions for navigating and selecting programs that suit your fitness goals.

4.5 Heart Rate Monitoring

Monitor your heart rate using the integrated hand pulse sensors on the handlebars. For more accurate and continuous monitoring, connect a compatible Bluetooth chest strap (not included) to the treadmill via the Bluetooth interface.

4.6 Kinomap App Integration

Connect your mobile device via Bluetooth to the Kinomap app to experience real-world routes and compete with other users. Follow the instructions within the Kinomap app for pairing and usage.

4.7 Stopping a Workout

Press the STOP button to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill. Alternatively, pull the safety key to activate the emergency stop, which will immediately halt the belt.

4.8 Storage

The treadmill features a Soft Drop mechanism for space-saving storage. Carefully fold the running deck upwards until it locks into place. Use the transport wheels to move the treadmill to your desired storage location.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your treadmill.

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe down the treadmill after each use with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the console free from moisture.
