1. Product Overview

The Freshliance Fresh Tag 1D is a single-use USB temperature data logger designed for monitoring temperature during cold chain transportation and storage. It features an LCD display for real-time data viewing and automatically generates PDF and CSV reports upon connection to a computer.

2. Setup and Activation

The Fresh Tag 1D data logger comes pre-programmed with factory default parameters. No software installation is required for initial setup or report generation.

Starting the Data Logger:

1. Locate the 'Start/Stop' button on the data logger.
2. Press and hold the 'Start/Stop' button for approximately 5 seconds until the LCD screen displays relevant information, indicating that recording has begun.
3. The default start delay is 10 minutes, and the recording interval is 5 minutes.

3. Operation

Monitoring Temperature:

Once activated, place the data logger with the items you wish to monitor. The logger will continuously record temperature data for its specified duration (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, 120 days, 180 days, 240 days depending on the model).

LCD Screen Indications:

The LCD screen provides real-time information. A short press of the 'Start/Stop' button cycles through different display modes:

• Current Temperature: Displays the immediate temperature reading.
• Max/Min/Average Values: Shows the maximum, minimum, and average temperatures recorded during the logging period.
• High/Low Alarm: Indicates if temperature thresholds have been exceeded.
• Battery Level: Displays the remaining battery life in days.

Stopping the Data Logger:

To stop recording, press and hold the 'Start/Stop' button for 5 seconds until the screen indicates that logging has ceased.

Generating Reports:

After recording is complete, plug the data logger directly into a computer's USB port. The device will automatically generate PDF and CSV reports. No special software is required.

• The PDF report provides a graphical summary and detailed temperature data.
• The CSV report offers raw data for further analysis.
• Reports include both Fahrenheit (℉) and Celsius (℃) temperature units.

Battery:
