Step 1: Prepare the Area and Unpack
Clear a spacious area for assembly. Unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
Step 2: Assemble the Lower Bed Frame
Attach the side rails to the lower headboard and footboard using the provided hardware. Hand-tighten all bolts initially.
Step 3: Assemble the Upper Bed Frame
Repeat the process for the upper bed frame, attaching side rails to the upper headboard and footboard. Ensure guardrails are correctly oriented.
Step 4: Connect Upper and Lower Frames
Carefully lift the upper bed frame and align it with the posts of the lower bed frame. Secure them together using the designated connectors and hardware. This step requires two people.
Step 5: Attach the Ladder
Securely attach the ladder to the designated hooks or mounting points on the bunk bed frame.
Step 6: Assemble the Trundle Bed
Assemble the trundle frame, attaching the side rails to the headboard and footboard. Install the wheels onto the trundle frame. Ensure two wheels are locking and two are non-locking for stability.

Step 7: Install Slats
Place the metal slats onto the support rails for all three beds (upper, lower, and trundle). Ensure they are evenly spaced and securely fastened if applicable.

Operating Instructions
Using the Trundle Bed
The trundle bed is designed to slide out from under the lower bunk. To use, gently pull the trundle frame outwards until it is fully extended. To store, push the trundle back under the lower bunk. Ensure the locking casters are engaged when the trundle is in use to prevent unwanted movement.
Separating into Two Twin Beds
This bunk bed can be separated into two independent twin beds. To do so, carefully remove the upper bunk from the lower bunk by disassembling the connecting hardware (Step 4 in assembly). Then, reattach the original headboards and footboards to create two complete twin bed frames. This process requires two adults for safety.

- Mattress Care: Follow the mattress manufacturer's care instructions. Ensure mattresses fit snugly within the frame to prevent gaps.
