General Installation Steps (Consult a professional)
- Mount the Control Box: Secure the main control box in a hidden, dry location on the motorcycle. Ensure it is protected from direct water exposure.
- Connect Power: Connect the main power wires (red for positive, black for negative) to the motorcycle's 12V battery.
- Connect Siren: Mount the alarm unit (siren) in a secure location and connect its wires to the control box.
- Integrate with Ignition: Connect the engine lock and engine starter wires according to the appropriate wiring diagram (AC or DC) to your motorcycle's ignition system. This typically involves cutting and splicing ignition wires.
- Connect Turn Signals: Connect the turn signal wires to your motorcycle's left and right turn signal circuits.
- Install Security LED: Mount the security LED in a visible location and connect it to the control box.
- Test Functionality: After all connections are made, test all alarm functions, remote start, and keyless operation to ensure correct installation.
