1. Product Overview

The KLIM Everest is a high-performance laptop cooling pad designed to prevent overheating and extend the lifespan of your laptop. It features powerful turbo-fans, a unique sealing foam for optimized airflow, and customizable RGB lighting.

2. Setup Guide

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that the cooling pad, USB cable, and any included foam inserts are present and undamaged.

2.2 Connecting Power

Connect the provided USB cable from the KLIM Everest cooling pad to an available USB port on your laptop or a compatible USB power adapter. The cooling pad will power on automatically.

2.3 Laptop Placement and Compatibility

Place your laptop centrally on the cooling pad. Ensure your laptop has ventilation openings on its underside for effective cooling. The KLIM Everest is compatible with laptops ranging from 14 to 17.3 inches. Laptops smaller than 14 inches or those without bottom vents (e.g., some Apple MacBook models) are not supported for optimal performance.

2.4 Adjusting Height and Ergonomics

The cooling pad features adjustable legs on the underside, allowing you to set the height to one of seven levels for improved ergonomics and airflow. Select a height that provides a comfortable viewing and typing angle for your setup.

2.5 Installing the Sealing Foam

For maximum cooling efficiency, attach the provided high-grade sealing foam around the central cooling area. This foam creates a seal between the cooling pad and your laptop, directing airflow directly into your laptop's vents. The foam is held in place by magnets for easy installation and removal.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Fan Speed Control

The KLIM Everest features two powerful turbo-fans. Use the '+' and '-' buttons located on the control panel to adjust the fan speed. There are 6 fan speed settings available. The current speed setting will be displayed on the integrated LCD screen.

Note: At maximum fan speeds (4300 RPM), the fans may produce noticeable noise due to their high power. This is normal operation for powerful cooling.

3.2 RGB Lighting Control

The cooling pad features bright RGB lighting effects. Press the 'LED' button on the control panel to cycle through 7 different colors (cyan, blue, red, yellow, white, purple, green) and various lighting effects. Press and hold the 'LED' button to disable the lights.

3.3 USB Ports

The KLIM Everest includes an extra USB port on the side. This allows you to connect peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse, or other USB devices without losing a port on your laptop.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Dust Filter

To maintain optimal cooling performance, regularly inspect and clean the integrated dust filter. Dust and debris can accumulate over time, reducing airflow. The dust filter is located at the rear of the cooling pad and can be easily removed for cleaning.

4.2 General Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the cooling pad with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as they may damage the surface or internal components.

5. Troubleshooting
