  • Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 330 lbs (150 kg) for the bench and 66 lbs (30 kg) for the dumbbell holder.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Backrest Adjustment

The backrest offers 8 adjustable angles, allowing for incline, flat, and decline positions. To adjust, pull the safety lock pin, move the backrest to the desired angle, and release the pin to ensure it securely locks into place.

4.2 Preacher Curl Attachment

The preacher curl pad can be adjusted in two heights and three tilt angles. 4.4 Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are included to add variety and intensity to your workouts. Attach them to the designated points on the bench for exercises targeting various muscle groups, such as chest presses, arm exercises, and leg movements.

5. Maintenance

Difficulty folding the bench. Lock pin not disengaged; obstruction. Ensure the lock pin is completely pulled out. Check for any parts obstructing the folding mechanism.
