2. Package Contents

3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
- Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight counter-clockwise.
- Insert the Fenix ARB-L14-1100U rechargeable battery with the anode (+) end facing towards the flashlight head. Alternatively, insert two AA alkaline batteries with the anode (+) ends facing towards the flashlight head.
- Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is securely tightened.
3.2 Charging the ARB-L14-1100U Battery
The included Fenix ARB-L14-1100U battery features a built-in USB-C charging port.
- Locate the USB-C port on the side of the ARB-L14-1100U battery.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the battery and a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).

- Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable.

- To turn on: Fully press the tail switch.
- To turn off: Fully press the tail switch again.
- Momentary on: Lightly press and hold the tail switch. Release to turn off.

With the light on, single click the side switch to cycle through the brightness levels in the following order: Eco → Low → Med → High → Turbo.
4.3 Special Modes (Strobe & SOS)
With the light on, press and hold the side switch for 0.8 seconds to activate Strobe mode. In Strobe mode, single click the side switch to cycle between Strobe and SOS modes.
