Introduction
The Pokémon GO Plus + is an accessory designed to enhance your Pokémon GO and Pokémon Sleep experiences. This device utilizes Bluetooth® Low Energy technology to connect with compatible smart devices running the Pokémon GO and/or Pokémon Sleep applications. It allows for automatic Pokémon catching, PokéStop spinning, and sleep rhythm tracking.
Important: This accessory is not compatible with Nintendo Switch™ family systems and cannot be used independently. A compatible smart device (Android or iOS) with the respective applications installed is required for functionality. The device features a central button with an integrated LED indicator, a USB-C charging port, and a small side button. It comes with a strap for portability.
Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the Pokémon GO Plus + accessory. Use the included USB charging cable (HAC-010) and a USB-compatible power source (5 V 500 mA) or a Nintendo USB AC adapter (CLV-003, not included). The LED indicator will show charging status:
- Blinking Red: Empty battery
- Steady Orange: Charging
- Steady Green: Fully Charged
2. Pairing with Pokémon GO
- Open the Pokémon GO app on your compatible smart device.
- Tap the Poké Ball icon on the main screen, then select 'Settings'.
- Navigate to 'Connected Devices and Services' and then 'Accessory Devices'.
- Press the main button on your Pokémon GO Plus + to make it discoverable. The device will vibrate and the LED will light up.
- Select 'Pokémon GO Plus +' from the list of available devices in the app to begin pairing.
- Follow any on-screen prompts to finalize the pairing process.
3. Pairing with Pokémon Sleep
- Download and open the Pokémon Sleep app on your compatible smart device.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Pokémon GO Plus + for sleep tracking.
Operating Instructions
Pokémon GO Features
- Automatic Pokémon Catching: When a Pokémon is nearby, the Pokémon GO Plus + will vibrate and flash. If auto-throw is enabled in the app settings, it will automatically attempt to catch the Pokémon using a standard Poké Ball.
- Manual Pokémon Catching: If auto-throw is disabled, press the main button when the device vibrates and flashes to attempt a catch. You can select Great Balls or Ultra Balls for manual throws in the app settings.
- Automatic PokéStop Spinning: When within range of a PokéStop, the device will vibrate and flash. If auto-spin is enabled in the app settings, it will automatically spin the PokéStop to collect items.
Pokémon Sleep Features

- Tracking Sleep: To track your sleep, press and hold the central button on the Pokémon GO Plus + until it vibrates and the LED turns blue. Place the device by your pillow before going to sleep.
- Ending Sleep Session: In the morning, press and hold the central button again to end the sleep session. The device will then synchronize with the Pokémon Sleep app to record your rest rhythm.
- Pikachu Lullabies and Alarms: The built-in Pikachu can sing lullabies and act as a morning alarm. Pikachu's friendliness increases with more sleep, unlocking additional sounds.
Turning Sound On/Off
Press the top button and then hold the main button for more than 1 second. The accessory will vibrate twice briefly and enter silent mode. To exit silent mode, press and hold the buttons until the accessory vibrates once.
Note: Alarms (sound, vibration, and light) are also suspended while in silent mode.
How to Reset
Hold down the reset button on the back of the accessory. The accessory will vibrate and restart.
Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Pokémon GO Plus +, follow these guidelines:
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device. Unauthorized repairs can void the warranty and cause damage.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Keep the device away from water or other liquids. If liquid enters the device, discontinue use and contact customer support.
Troubleshooting
