5. Operating Instructions

1. Pour Mixture: With the machine assembled and the lid securely in place, slowly pour your chilled ice cream mixture through the opening in the transparent lid.
2. Start Churning: Plug in the appliance and turn the control knob to the "ON" position. The mixing paddle will begin to churn the mixture.
3. Churning Time: Allow the machine to churn for approximately 30 minutes, or until the desired soft-serve consistency is achieved. Churning time may vary based on recipe and room temperature.
4. Add-ins: If adding solid ingredients like chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit pieces, do so during the last 5 minutes of churning through the lid opening.
5. Serve: Once the desired consistency is reached, turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug the machine. Remove the lid and mixing paddle, then scoop out your fresh ice cream.
6. For Firmer Consistency: If you prefer a firmer ice cream, transfer the churned mixture to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for an additional 2 hours.
