4. Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the stainless steel inner tray, plastic box, spoon, and fork with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main lunch box body should be wiped clean with a damp cloth; do not immerse it in water.
- Assemble: Place the stainless steel inner tray and/or the plastic box into the main lunch box shell. Ensure the sealing ring is properly seated in the lid for a leak-proof seal.
5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to heat your food using the Carsolt Electric Lunch Box:
- Prepare Food: Place your food into the 1.5L stainless steel container or the 0.45L plastic box. You may add a small amount of water to the food if desired to help with moisture retention during heating.
- Close Lid: Securely close the lid of the lunch box, ensuring all four snaps are fastened.
- Open Steam Vent: Always open the steam vent on the lid before plugging in the device to allow steam to escape during heating.
- Connect Power:
- For Home/Office Use (110V): Connect the 110V power cord to the lunch box and then to a standard wall outlet.
- For Car/Truck Use (12V/24V): Connect the 12V/24V power cord to the lunch box and then to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.

- Heating Process: The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating that heating has begun.
- Normal Food: Heating typically takes 20-30 minutes.
- Frozen Food: Heating typically takes 25-35 minutes.
- Enjoy Meal: Once heated to your desired temperature, unplug the lunch box, close the steam vent, and carefully open the lid to enjoy your warm meal.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your electric lunch box.
- Inner Containers: The 1.5L stainless steel inner tray and the 0.45L plastic box are removable and dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). They can also be washed by hand with warm soapy water.
- Main Unit: The external lunch box shell should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or rinse it under running water. Do not add water to the heating base.
- Sealing Ring: Periodically remove the silicone sealing ring from the lid for thorough cleaning to prevent food residue buildup. Ensure it is dry before reinserting.
