Maintenance

Sleeve Cleaning

To ensure hygiene and longevity of your TrueGrip™ sleeve:

  1. Remove the sleeve from the device.
  2. Wash the sleeve with mild soap and warm water. Avoid excessively hot water, as this can damage the TPE material.
  3. Pat the sleeve dry with a towel.
  4. Turn the sleeve inside out to air dry thoroughly before storing.
  5. Important: Only use water-based lubricants with the sleeves. Other types of lubricants can degrade the sleeve material.

TrueGrip™ Band Cleaning

The TrueGrip™ band can be washed with mild soap or detergent and warm water. Allow it to air dry completely.

Device Cleaning

The HANDY device itself is not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. To clean the device:

  • Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces.
  • Ensure the device is completely dry before storing.

Storage

Store your sleeve and device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ideally, keep them in their original packaging. Do not store sleeves touching other toys, as this may discolor and degrade the sleeve material.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your HANDY device, please consider the following:

  • Device Not Powering On: Ensure the power supply is correctly connected to both the wall outlet and the device. Check for any visible damage to the power cable.
  • Motor Not Moving: Verify that the device is powered on (green LED pulsing). If in offline mode, ensure the power button has been pressed to start the motor.
  • Connectivity Issues: For Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity, ensure your device is within range and that the Handyfeeling app (if used) is up to date. Refer to the app's instructions for specific connection steps.
  • Sleeve Slippage: Ensure the TrueGrip™ Velcro band is tightened sufficiently to hold the sleeve securely. If using lubricant, confirm it is water-based and applied appropriately to avoid excessive slipperiness.
  • Unusual Noises: If the device makes unusual noises, power it off immediately and inspect for any obstructions or damage. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
