Safety Information

Setup

1. Initial Waterproof Test: As mentioned in the Safety Information, perform a waterproof test with a dry tissue before placing your device inside.
2. Open the Pouch: Gently pull open the two clips at the top of the pouch. This will release the secure lock mechanism.
3. Insert Your Device: Carefully slide your mobile phone into the pouch. Ensure it is centered to allow for optimal touch screen access and camera use. The pouch is designed to accommodate devices up to 6.9 inches.
4. Secure the Lock System: Align the top edges of the pouch and firmly push down the two clips until they click into place. Verify that both clips are fully closed and there are no gaps.
5. Attach the Neck Strap: Thread the adjustable neck strap through the designated loops on the top of the pouch. Adjust the strap length for comfortable and secure carrying.

Operating Instructions

• Touch Screen Operation: The soft TPU material allows for sensitive touch screen interaction. For best results, ensure the screen is clean and dry before placing it in the pouch.
• Taking Photos/Videos: The transparent design on both sides allows for clear photos and videos. Align your phone's camera with the clear window for optimal results. Note that image quality may be slightly affected underwater due to light refraction.
• Floating Feature: The integrated air pocket provides buoyancy, allowing the pouch to float on water if accidentally dropped. This helps prevent loss of your device.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the pouch with fresh water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Inspection: Regularly inspect the pouch for any signs of wear, tears, or damage to the material or the sealing mechanism. Discontinue use if any damage is found.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Water inside the pouch after use.

Solution: Immediately remove your device. Perform a waterproof test with a dry tissue. If the tissue gets wet, the pouch may be damaged or was not sealed correctly. Inspect the pouch for punctures or tears. If damaged, replace the pouch. Always ensure the lock system is fully engaged before use.

Issue: Touch screen is unresponsive or difficult to use.

Solution: Ensure your phone screen and the inside of the pouch are dry. Water between the screen and the pouch can interfere with touch sensitivity. For underwater use, physical buttons (e.g., volume buttons for camera shutter) may be more reliable than the touch screen.

Issue: Pouch fogs up inside.

Solution: Fogging can occur due to temperature differences and humidity. Ensure your phone and the inside of the pouch are completely dry before sealing. Opening the pouch in a dry environment and allowing it to air out can help.
