Setup

Battery Installation

1. Ensure the tool is turned off and the safety switch is engaged.
2. Align the battery pack with the battery port on the bottom of the pruner handle.
3. Slide the battery pack into the port until it clicks securely into place.
4. To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

Blade Inspection

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

1. To power on the pruner, ensure a charged 20V MAX battery is installed.

3. Press the main trigger to activate the blades. The blades will open and close with each press.
4. To power off, release the trigger and engage the safety switch.

Cutting Procedure

• Position the branch or stem to be cut fully within the jaws of the pruner.
• Ensure the branch is perpendicular to the blades for a clean cut.
• Press the trigger firmly to initiate the cut. The non-stick coated blades are designed for smooth operation.
• The tool can cut branches up to 1-1/2 inches in diameter. For thicker branches, multiple presses may be required, or consider using a different tool.
• The integrated LED light will illuminate the cutting area, improving visibility in dimly lit conditions.
