4. Operating Instructions

Using the Drawers:

• The top two drawers are suitable for office supplies, stationery, and small personal items.
• The bottom drawer is designed for hanging letter or A4 size files. Ensure the file rails are properly installed for hanging folders.
• The bottom drawer features full-extension slides for easy access to all contents. Pull the drawer out completely until it stops.

Utilizing Open Storage Shelves:

• The open shelves provide space for books, decorative items, or frequently accessed documents.
• The shelves are adjustable. To adjust, remove the shelf, reposition the shelf pins to the desired height, and reinsert the shelf.

• The cabinet is equipped with four 360-degree swivel casters for easy movement across various floor types.
• Two of the casters have built-in brakes. Press down the lever on these casters to lock the cabinet in place and prevent unwanted rolling. Lift the lever to unlock.

The cabinet features a dual cable management hole on the back panel. Use this to route power cords for printers, scanners, or other electronic devices placed on the cabinet top or shelves, keeping your workspace tidy.
