5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert the required batteries (e.g., AAA batteries, quantity specified on compartment) according to the polarity indicators (+ and -).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

6.1 Taking a Measurement

2. Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the four gold electrode pads. Stand still and balanced.

4. Step off the scale once the measurement is complete. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity.

Note: For consistent results, take measurements at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.
