Setup
Battery Installation
The Homebuds Digital Bathroom Scale comes with 3 AAA batteries included.
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
The scale requires three AAA batteries, which are included. Ensure they are inserted with the correct polarity.
Initial Calibration
For accurate readings, it is recommended to calibrate the scale after battery installation or if the scale has been moved.
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
- Step onto the scale briefly until the display shows "0.0" or a reading, then step off.
- The scale will automatically calibrate and be ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Taking a Measurement
- Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
- Gently step onto the center of the scale with bare, dry feet.
- Stand still until your weight is displayed on the LED screen.
- The reading will stabilize and then flash, indicating the final measurement.
- The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity.
The crystal clear LED display shows your weight in large, easy-to-read numbers.
Switching Weight Units (lb/kg/st)
The Homebuds scale allows you to switch between pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), and stones (st).
- Locate the unit switch button on the underside of the scale, near the battery compartment.
- Press the button to cycle through the available units (lb, kg, st).
- The selected unit will be indicated on the LED display.
