5. Operating Instructions
Adjusting TV Height:
The TV mounting bracket allows for height adjustments. Loosen the securing bolts on the main pole, carefully slide the TV up or down to your preferred viewing height, and then firmly re-tighten the bolts to secure the TV in position. The design offers multiple height levels for optimal placement.

Adjusting Screen Tilt:
The TV mount features a tilt mechanism. Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs on the side of the TV bracket, adjust the screen to your desired angle (3° up to 12° down), and then tighten the knobs to lock the tilt in place. This helps in reducing glare and optimizing viewing comfort.

Moving and Locking the Cart:
To move the TV cart, ensure all four wheels are unlocked. Gently push the cart to its desired location. Once positioned, press down on the locking levers on each wheel to engage the brakes and prevent unintended movement. Always ensure the cart is stable before leaving it unattended.

6. Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning: Wipe down the metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Check Connections: Periodically inspect all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability and safety.
- Wheel Care: Keep the wheels free of debris and dust to ensure smooth rolling. If wheels become stiff, a small amount of silicone spray can be applied to the axles.
- Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacities for the TV (77 lbs) and the shelf (22 lbs) to prevent damage or instability.
7. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- TV Tilting Downward:
If the TV frequently tilts downward, ensure the tilt adjustment knobs on the VESA bracket are fully tightened. Over time, heavy TVs or frequent adjustments can cause these to loosen. Re-tighten them firmly.
- Stand Feels Unstable/Wobbly:
Verify that all assembly screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check the connections between the base, main pole, and TV bracket. Ensure the TV's weight does not exceed the 77 lbs capacity and that it is centered on the mount.
- Difficulty Moving the Cart:
Ensure all four wheels are unlocked. Check for any debris or obstructions around the wheels. Clean the wheels if necessary.
- Shelf Slipping Down:
Confirm that the shelf's securing mechanism is properly engaged and tightened. Do not exceed the shelf's 22 lbs load capacity.
