Important Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended when plugged in.

- Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
- Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.
- Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
- Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
- Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
- Do not handle plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
- Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.

Setup Instructions
- Attach the Hose: Insert the flexible hose into the suction inlet on the main vacuum cleaner unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Connect the Telescopic Wand: Attach the telescopic wand to the handle end of the flexible hose. Ensure it is firmly connected.
- Attach the Floor Nozzle: Connect the desired floor nozzle (standard brush) to the end of the telescopic wand.
- Attach Accessories (Optional): For specialized cleaning tasks, attach the 2-in-1 dusting brush/crevice tool directly to the hose handle or the telescopic wand.
Operating Instructions
Powering On and Off
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on.
- To turn off, press the power button again.
Adjusting Suction Power
The Eureka Apollo features powerful suction suitable for various surfaces.

Using the Telescopic Wand and Accessories
- Telescopic Wand: Adjust the length of the telescopic wand by pressing the release button and extending or retracting it to a comfortable height for floor cleaning or to reach high areas like curtains and ceilings.

- 2-in-1 Dusting Brush/Crevice Tool: This versatile tool can be used for cleaning upholstery, pet hair from beds, tight spaces like sofa crevices, computer keyboards, and other delicate surfaces. It can be attached directly to the hose handle.

Automatic Cord Rewind
To retract the power cord, gently pull the cord slightly and then release it. The cord will automatically rewind into the unit.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your Eureka Apollo vacuum cleaner. Always unplug the appliance before performing any maintenance.
Emptying the Dust Container
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 2.2-liter dust container. Empty it regularly, especially when the 'MAX' fill line is reached, to maintain strong suction.
- Press the dust container release button (if applicable) and carefully remove the dust container from the main unit.
- Position the dust container over a waste bin.
- Open the bottom flap or lid of the dust container and shake out the contents.
- Close the flap/lid and reattach the dust container to the vacuum cleaner unit until it clicks into place.

Cleaning the Filters
The Eureka Apollo uses a HEPA filter system. Filters should be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging and maintain suction power.
- Remove the dust container as described above.
- Locate and remove the pre-motor filter (usually foam or felt) and the HEPA post-motor filter.
- Tap the filters gently over a waste bin to remove loose dust.
- If washable, rinse the filters under cold running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergents.
- Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting them. Do not use a hairdryer or other heating methods.
- Reinsert the dry filters and reattach the dust container.
Note: Replace filters every 6-12 months, or as needed, depending on usage.
General Cleaning and Storage
- Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Check the hose and attachments for blockages periodically.
- Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry place. The compact design allows for easy storage.
