1. Product Overview

The LeadsaiL Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo provides a full-sized, ergonomic input solution for various computing devices. It features a 2.4GHz wireless connection, silent keys and mouse clicks, and a built-in holder for phones or tablets.

2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Package Contents

• Wireless Keyboard
• Wireless Mouse
• USB Receiver (stored inside the mouse)

2.2 Battery Installation

1. Keyboard: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
2. Mouse: Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse. Insert one (1) AA battery, ensuring correct polarity. The USB receiver is also stored in this compartment.

Note: Batteries are not included in the package.

2.3 Connecting to Your Device

1. Remove the USB receiver from the mouse's battery compartment.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer or compatible device.
3. Turn on the keyboard and mouse using their respective power switches (located on the underside of each device).
4. The devices are plug-and-play and should connect automatically within a few seconds.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Keyboard Usage

• The keyboard features a full-sized QWERTY US layout for comfortable typing.
• The integrated slot at the top of the keyboard can hold a phone or tablet, allowing for convenient viewing during use.

3.2 Function (FN) Shortcuts and Hotkeys

The keyboard includes 12 FN+ shortcuts and 5 dedicated hotkeys for quick access to various functions. To use an FN+ shortcut, press and hold the 'Fn' key, then press the desired function key (F1-F12).

• The mouse utilizes silent click technology for a quiet user experience.
• The 2.4GHz wireless connection provides a stable and reliable connection up to 10 meters (33 feet) without delays or dropouts.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Energy Saving Features

Both the wireless mouse and keyboard are equipped with smart sleep modes to conserve battery life:

• Mouse: Enters sleep mode after 3-5 seconds of inactivity. Enters deep sleep after 15 minutes of inactivity.
• Keyboard: Enters sleep mode after 5 seconds of inactivity.

4.2 Waking Devices

To wake the devices from sleep mode, simply click the mouse or press any key on the keyboard.

4.3 Battery Replacement

Replace batteries when performance degrades or devices become unresponsive. Refer to section 2.2 for battery type and installation.

5. Troubleshooting

• Devices not responding:
  • Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a USB port on your device.
  • Check if the keyboard and mouse are turned on.
  • Replace batteries in both the keyboard and mouse if they are low or depleted.
  • Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver to ensure they are within the 10-meter operating range.
• Mouse lag or erratic movement:
  • Ensure the mouse surface is clean and suitable for optical tracking.
  • Check battery level and replace if necessary.
  • Remove any potential sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices) near the receiver.
• FN+ shortcuts not working on Mac OS:
  • As noted in section 3.2, these specific FN+ functions are not compatible with Mac OS.
