Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Device: Carefully remove the power strip tower from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage.
- Choose a Location: Place the power strip on a stable, flat surface, away from water, heat sources, and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Connect to Power: Plug the power strip's 5-meter extension cable into a grounded wall outlet. The soft white indicator light should illuminate, indicating power is supplied.
- Power On: Press the master power switch located on the top of the tower to activate the outlets and USB ports.
Operating Instructions

Troubleshooting
No Power to Outlets/USB Ports:
- Ensure the power strip is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
- Check if the master power switch on top of the tower is in the "ON" position.
- Verify that the wall outlet itself is functional by plugging in another device.
- If the "Protected" indicator light is off, the surge protection may have been activated due to an overload or surge. Disconnect all devices, reset the unit (if applicable, by unplugging and replugging), and if the light remains off, the surge protection is no longer active.
Slow USB Charging:
- Ensure your device's charging cable is not damaged and is properly connected.
- The total current for all USB ports is 3A. If multiple devices are connected, the charging speed may be reduced. Try charging fewer devices simultaneously.
