3. Setup

3.1 Initial Power On

1. Connect the provided USB cable to the 5V DC input port on the back of the alarm clock.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) and then into a power outlet.
3. The digital display will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on.

3.2 EcozyHome App Installation

1. Download the "EcozyHome" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Register or log in to your EcozyHome account.

3.3 Wi-Fi Connection and Device Pairing

The ecozy Sunrise Alarm Clock requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for smart control features.

1. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Open the EcozyHome app and tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to put the alarm clock into pairing mode (usually indicated by a flashing Wi-Fi icon on the display).
4. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password when prompted in the app.
5. Once connected, the Wi-Fi icon on the alarm clock display will become solid, and the device will appear in your EcozyHome app.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting Time

• Via App: The time will automatically synchronize with your smartphone once the device is paired with the EcozyHome app.
• Manually: Press and hold the "TIME SET" button. Use the "Light +" and "Light -" buttons to adjust hours and minutes, and press "TIME SET" to confirm each setting.

4.2 Setting Alarms

The ecozy Sunrise Alarm Clock supports up to four independent alarms. Each alarm can be customized with sunrise simulation, sound, and volume.

1. Via App: Open the EcozyHome app, select your alarm clock, and navigate to the alarm settings. You can set up to four alarms, specify time, days of the week, sunrise duration, sound type, and volume.
2. Manually:
   • Press the "AL1 SET" or "AL2 Option" button to select an alarm.
   • Press and hold the selected alarm button to enter setting mode.
   • Use "Light +" and "Light -" to adjust time, sunrise duration (10-60 minutes), alarm sound (10 natural sounds or FM radio), and volume (16 levels).
   • Press the alarm button again to confirm each setting.
3. Snooze Function: When an alarm sounds, press the top "Snooze" button to temporarily silence the alarm for 9 minutes. The alarm will sound again after the snooze period.

4.3 Sunset Simulation (Sleep Aid)

The sunset simulation feature gradually dims the light and plays soothing sounds to help you relax and fall asleep.

1. Via App: In the EcozyHome app, select the sleep aid function. Set the duration (10-120 minutes) and choose a natural sound or FM radio station to play as the light dims.
2. Manually: Press and hold the "Sleep Timer" button. Use "Light +" and "Light -" to set the duration and select a sound. Press "Sleep Timer" to activate.

4.4 Night Light and Atmosphere Light

The alarm clock offers 8 colorful atmosphere light options and 20 levels of brightness adjustment.

• To turn on/off: Press the "Light +" or "Light -" button briefly.
• To change color: Press the "RGB" button to cycle through the 8 available colors.
• To adjust brightness: Use the "Light +" and "Light -" buttons to increase or decrease the light intensity (20 levels).

4.5 FM Radio

Listen to your favorite FM radio stations (76-108 MHz).

• To turn on/off: Press the "FM Radio" button.
• Auto-scan: Press and hold the "FM Radio" button to automatically scan and save available stations.
• Change station: Use the "Light +" and "Light -" buttons to switch between saved stations or manually tune.
• Adjust volume: Use the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons.
