2. Power and Network Connection
This camera primarily powers via Power over Ethernet (POE). Connect the camera to an 802.3AF Standard 48V POE Switch using a Cat5/6 Ethernet cable. This single cable provides both power and network connectivity.
Alternatively, the camera has an auxiliary power connector and can be powered by a 12V/2A power adapter (not included) if a POE switch is not available.
3. Initial Configuration via Web Browser
To access the camera's web interface for configuration, ensure your computer is on the same network as the camera. The camera's default IP address is 192.168.1.108. Open a web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and enter this IP address into the URL bar.
The default username is admin and the default password is admin123. It is highly recommended to change the default password immediately after the first login for security purposes.

5. Connecting to NVR (Network Video Recorder)
The camera is ONVIF compliant (Port: 8088) and can be integrated with compatible Network Video Recorders (NVRs). Ensure your NVR supports 5MP resolution for optimal performance. If your NVR does not support 5MP, you may need to lower the camera's resolution to 1080P (2MP) via the web interface to ensure compatibility.
Video 2: This video demonstrates how to connect the camera to an NVR system, highlighting the need for 5MP support or resolution adjustment.
Operating the Camera
1. Live View and Playback
Access live video streams and recorded footage through the web interface or the TSEYE smartphone app. The web interface provides options for real-time preview and playback of recorded files.

Figure 5: Illustrates the camera's performance in both daytime and nighttime conditions, showcasing clear image quality.
2. Resolution and Encoding Settings
The camera supports H.265 and H.264 compression formats. H.265 offers more efficient storage and bandwidth usage. You can adjust the resolution (up to 2880x1620P for 5MP) and frame rate (up to 20fps) via the configuration settings in the web interface to suit your network and storage requirements.

3. Motion Detection and Alarms
Configure motion detection settings through the web interface. When motion is detected, the camera can trigger an email alarm notification to your configured email address.

4. Manual Zoom Lens Adjustment
The 6-22mm manual zoom lens allows you to adjust the field of view. A larger lens setting (e.g., 22mm) provides a narrower field of view but allows you to see further, while a smaller setting (e.g., 6mm) provides a wider field of view but for closer distances. Adjust the lens by rotating the focus and definition rings on the camera body until the desired clarity and zoom level are achieved.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your camera, regular maintenance is recommended.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the lens or finish.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the manufacturer's website for available firmware updates. Updates can improve performance, add new features, or address security vulnerabilities. Follow the provided instructions carefully when performing firmware updates.
