Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and components from the box.
2. Clean: Before first use, clean all removable parts (filter basket, ceramic mug) with warm, soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth.
3. First Brew (Cleaning Cycle):
   • Fill the water reservoir with clean water up to the MAX fill line.
   • Place the empty filter basket into its position.
   • Place the ceramic mug on the drip tray.
   • Plug the coffee maker into a suitable power outlet.
   • Press the power switch to start a brewing cycle without coffee. This will clean the internal components.
   • Once the cycle is complete, discard the hot water from the mug.
4. Your coffee maker is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Follow these simple steps to brew a delicious cup of coffee:

1. Add Water: Open the water reservoir lid and pour cold water into the reservoir. The maximum capacity is 300ml. Using pure water is recommended for best results.

2. Add Coffee Powder: Place the permanent nylon extraction net into the filter basket. Add approximately 5 grams of your preferred coffee powder into the filter. Close the water reservoir lid securely.

3. Place Mug: Position the included ceramic mug (or your travel mug) on the drip tray directly under the coffee outlet.
4. Start Brewing: Plug the coffee maker into a 220V~50HZ power outlet. Press the power switch (usually a red button on the side) to begin the brewing process. The extraction temperature is approximately 65°C, and the extraction time is about 4 minutes.
5. Enjoy: Once the brewing cycle is complete, your fresh cup of coffee is ready to be enjoyed. Unplug the appliance after use.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your coffee maker. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

• Filter Basket: Remove the permanent nylon extraction net and rinse it thoroughly under running water after each use. It is designed for easy disassembly and cleaning.
• Ceramic Mug: Wash the ceramic mug with warm, soapy water after each use.
• Drip Tray: The drip tray can be removed and washed with warm, soapy water.
• Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse the main unit in water.
• Descaling: Depending on water hardness, mineral deposits may build up over time. Descale the coffee maker every 2-3 months using a descaling solution or a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio). Run several cycles with the descaling solution, followed by several cycles with clean water to rinse thoroughly.
