Setup & Preparation

The Arctic Flex Ice Sleeve can be used for both cold and hot therapy. Prepare the sleeve according to your desired therapy type.

For Cold Therapy:

  1. Place the gel sleeve in the included resealable storage bag.
  2. Place the bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  3. Ensure the sleeve remains flexible when frozen for optimal body contouring.

Note: Condensation inside the storage bag is normal. Do not rinse or wipe the sleeve; clean with a damp cloth if needed and air dry.

For Hot Therapy:

  1. Place the gel sleeve in the microwave.
  2. Heat in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
  3. Carefully check the temperature before applying to skin to prevent burns.
