The MOUNTUP Dual Monitor Mount offers two installation methods: C-Clamp or Grommet mounting. Select the option best suited for your desk.
- C-Clamp Mounting: Ideal for desks with a thickness between 0.39'' and 1.77''.
- Grommet Mounting: Requires a desk hole with a diameter between 0.4'' and 2.4'' and a desk thickness between 0.39'' and 1.77''.

2. Assemble the Base
Follow the instructions provided in the package to securely attach the base to your desk using your chosen mounting method. Ensure the base is stable before proceeding.

3. Attach Monitor Arms

4. Attach VESA Plates to Monitors
Attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors using the provided screws and spacers. Ensure the screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
5. Mount Monitors to Arms
Carefully slide the monitors (with VESA plates attached) onto the monitor arms. The quick-release VESA mounting clip allows for easy attachment and removal. Ensure the monitors are locked into place.

1. Gas Spring Tension Adjustment
The gas spring mechanism allows for smooth and effortless monitor positioning. Adjust the tension to match your monitor's weight for optimal performance.
- Check Monitor Weight: Confirm the weight of your monitor.
- Locate Scale Line: Find the gas spring force scale line on the arm. A division on the scale line represents 2 lbs.
- Horizontal Position: Keep the arm in a horizontal position.
- Adjust Tension: Use the provided hex key to turn the inside screw. Turn clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors, and counter-clockwise to decrease tension for lighter monitors, until the scale line indicates correctly.

2. Monitor Positioning
Once the tension is correctly set, you can freely adjust your monitors:
- Height Adjustment: Move the arms up or down along the main pole.
- Tilt: Adjust the monitor screen +90° to -45° for optimal viewing angles.
- Swivel: Swivel the monitor 180° at the arm joints to easily share your screen.
- Rotation: Rotate the monitor 360° to switch between landscape and portrait orientations.
