1. Introduction

The HORIGEN Wearable Breast Pump is designed for convenient, hands-free breast milk expression. Its invisible and lightweight design allows mothers to pump discreetly at home, in the office, outdoors, or while traveling. This pump features two modes and multiple suction levels to optimize milk output and ensure comfortable pumping. It is equipped with an anti-back flow system to prevent contamination and leakage, and its components are made from soft, food-grade silicone for a pain-free experience. The low noise operation ensures minimal disturbance.

2. Product Components

3. Setup Instructions

Before first use, sterilize all parts that come into contact with breast milk. Ensure all components are completely dry before assembly.

1. Place the diaphragm onto the linker.
2. Assemble the valve into the linker.
3. Assemble the linker kit into the pump motor.
4. Hold the milk bottle to form an angle of about 45° with the pump motor.
5. Align the hole of the bottle with the groove on the linker, and then tighten the bottle by turning it to the left.
6. Aim at the notch and assemble the breast shield into the linker.
7. If a smaller flange size is required, the 17mm flange insert or 21mm flange insert can be pressed into the assembled breast pump.

4. Operating Instructions

The HORIGEN Wearable Breast Pump offers two modes and five suction levels for personalized comfort and efficiency.

• Power On/Off: Long press the power button to turn on the pump. It will automatically start in Stimulation Mode. Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off.
• Mode Switching: The pump automatically switches from Stimulation Mode to Expression Mode after 2 minutes. You can also press the mode switch button to manually switch between modes.
• Suction Level Adjustment: In either mode, press "+" or "-" to adjust the suction level (5 levels available).
• Pause/Resume: Short press the power button to pause pumping. Press again to resume.
• Battery Check: In the off state, long press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to check the remaining power. Each indicator light indicates 20% power.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for hygiene and longevity of your breast pump. All parts that come into contact with breast milk should be cleaned after each use.

• Disassemble all parts that come into contact with milk.
• Wash these parts with warm soapy water. Use a soft brush for thorough cleaning.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Sterilize parts as per manufacturer recommendations (e.g., boiling, steam sterilizer).
• Allow all parts to air dry completely on a clean surface before reassembling or storing.
• The pump motor unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth; do not immerse it in water.

The anti-back flow design and seal system prevent milk contamination and leakage. After pumping, tighten the lid of the storage bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

If you encounter issues with your HORIGEN Wearable Breast Pump, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

• No Suction or Weak Suction:
  • Ensure all pump components are correctly assembled and securely connected.
  • Check that the silicone diaphragm and valve are properly seated and not damaged.
  • Verify that the breast shield forms a tight seal against your breast.
  • Check the battery level and recharge if necessary.
• Pump Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the pump is fully charged. Connect it to the Type-C charging cable and check if the indicator light is on.
  • Long press the power button for at least 2 seconds.
• Milk Leakage:
  • Confirm that the milk collection bottle is securely tightened to the pump motor.
  • Check the silicone rings for proper placement and any signs of wear or damage.
  • Avoid overfilling the milk collection bottle (maximum 150ml).
  • Ensure you are not leaning too far forward during pumping, which can cause spills.
• Unusual Noise:
  • Verify that all parts are correctly assembled and no foreign objects are obstructing the pump mechanism.
  • If the noise persists and affects performance, contact customer support.
