1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

5. Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for proper installation of your Ultralux ceiling light panel. Ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker before starting.

1. Prepare the Installation Area: Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
2. Select Color Temperature (CCT): Locate the CCT selection switch on the back of the light panel. IMPORTANT: Adjust this switch to your desired color temperature (3000K, 4000K, or 5000K) BEFORE mounting the fixture. This switch is not accessible after installation.
3. Install Surface Mount Plate: Secure the surface mount plate to the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached to a junction box or ceiling joist.
4. Make Electrical Connections: Connect the household wiring to the light panel's wiring (Black to Black, White to White, Ground to Ground). Use wire nuts to secure connections. Utilize the safety cable to temporarily support the light panel while making these connections, preventing accidental drops.
5. Mount the Light Panel: Carefully align the light panel with the installed surface mount plate. Slide the light panel into position until it securely locks onto the mounting plate.
6. Restore Power: Once the light panel is securely mounted, restore power at the circuit breaker.

6. Operating Instructions

Your Ultralux ceiling light panel is designed for simple operation.

6.1. Power On/Off

Use your standard wall switch to turn the light panel on or off.

6.2. Color Temperature Adjustment

The color temperature (3000K Soft White, 4000K Cool White, 5000K Natural White) is selected via an internal switch on the fixture. This setting must be chosen before installation. If you wish to change the CCT after installation, the fixture must be unmounted to access the switch.

6.3. Dimming Function

This light panel is TRIAC dimmable. To utilize the dimming feature, ensure you have a compatible TRIAC dimmer switch installed. Adjust the dimmer switch to achieve your desired brightness level.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Ensure the power is off before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• LED Longevity: The integrated LED light source has a long lifespan (over 50,000 hours) and does not require bulb replacement.
