1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the VEILZOR Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Kit. This kit provides a convenient and efficient solution for your computing needs, offering a full-size keyboard with a numeric keypad and a responsive mouse, both connected wirelessly via a single 2.4 GHz USB receiver. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new wireless peripheral set.

2. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your VEILZOR Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Kit:

1. Install Batteries:
   • For the keyboard: Open the battery compartment on the back of the keyboard and insert one AAA battery (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
   • For the mouse: Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the mouse and insert one AA battery (not included), ensuring correct polarity.

2. Locate the USB Receiver: The tiny Nano USB receiver is conveniently stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse. Carefully remove it.
3. Connect the USB Receiver: Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer (desktop, laptop, Macbook, Chromebook, PC).
4. Power On: Turn on the keyboard and mouse using their respective ON/OFF switches. The switch for the keyboard is located above the numeric keypad, and for the mouse, it is on the bottom.
5. Automatic Connection: The keyboard and mouse should automatically connect to your computer. No additional drivers are typically required.

3.2 Mouse Functions

• DPI Adjustment: The mouse offers three adjustable DPI settings (800/1200/1600) to customize cursor sensitivity. Press the DPI button located on top of the mouse to cycle through the settings.

• Power Saving: Utilize the ON/OFF switches on both the keyboard and mouse when not in use for extended periods to conserve battery life.
• Cleaning: To clean the keyboard and mouse, gently wipe surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the device. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the devices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VEILZOR Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Kit, please refer to the following common solutions:

• No Connection / Unresponsive Devices:
  • Ensure both the keyboard and mouse are turned ON.
  • Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace batteries if necessary.
  • Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
  • Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver. The effective range is up to 15 meters (approximately 49 feet).
  • Restart your computer.
• Lagging or Intermittent Connection:
  • Ensure there are no large metal objects or other wireless devices (like Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) operating too close to the receiver, which might cause interference.
  • Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port, preferably one on the front of your computer if using a desktop.
• Mouse Cursor Jumps or is Inaccurate:
  • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
  • Use the mouse on a clean, non-reflective, and uniform surface.
  • Adjust the DPI setting of the mouse to a different level.
