Troubleshooting
Power Bank Not Charging
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's USB-C input port and the wall adapter.
- Try a different USB wall adapter and cable to rule out faulty accessories.
- Check if the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
Device Not Charging from Power Bank
- Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge (check the digital display).

- Try a different charging cable or a different port on the power bank.
- If charging a low-power device, ensure Low Current Mode is activated.
- Some devices may require a specific charging protocol. Ensure compatibility.
Slow Charging
- Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and your device supports fast charging.
