Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your NUU GARDEN patio set, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe the surfaces with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. For more stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly.
• Rust Prevention: The iron frame is rust-resistant coated. However, regular cleaning and ensuring the set is dry after rain will further prevent rust.
• Fabric Care: The textilene fabric is breathable, waterproof, and UV resistant. Clean with mild soap and water as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Storage: During prolonged periods of non-use or harsh weather conditions, consider covering the furniture or storing it indoors to protect it from elements.

Troubleshooting

Should you encounter any issues with your NUU GARDEN patio set, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Wobbly Table/Chairs: Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened. If the issue persists, loosen all fasteners slightly, level the furniture on a flat surface, and then re-tighten.
• Stiff Swivel/Rocking: Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the swivel mechanism if it becomes stiff. Avoid oil-based lubricants as they can attract dirt.
• Fading Fabric: While UV resistant, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause some fading over time. Consider using furniture covers when not in use.
• Rust Spots: If minor rust spots appear on the iron frame, clean the area thoroughly, sand lightly with fine-grit sandpaper, and apply a rust-inhibiting paint matching the original color.
