1. Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Keep this manual for future reference.

Before Assembly:

• Tools: A screwdriver is required for assembly.
• Work Area: To prevent damage, work on a flat surface covered with a soft cloth. Ensure a space twice the size of the desktop is available.
• Initial Operation: After initial installation and power connection, always perform a manual reset.

For Safe Use:

• Obstacles: Keep the desk at least 51cm away from walls during height adjustment. Do not place objects taller than 51cm under the desk.
• Children's Safety: Prevent children from climbing, sitting, or hanging on the desk. Movement during adjustment can be dangerous.
• Anti-Collision Function: After a reset, the anti-collision function is automatically enabled.
• Operating Environment: Operate the desk in temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. Avoid corrosive substances or dusty environments.
• Cleaning: Wipe the desk with a damp cloth using a neutral detergent.

2. Assembly Instructions

Please follow these steps carefully to assemble your FEZIBO Electric Standing Desk. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Unpack and Verify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and compare them with the parts list provided in the packaging. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.
2. Assemble the Crossbar: Attach the hexagonal synchronization rod (F) to the motor (H). Ensure the long and short sides are correctly oriented. Do not install in reverse.
3. Attach Legs to Crossbar: Connect the desk legs (B) to the assembled crossbar. Secure with screws (2).
4. Install Side Brackets: Attach the side brackets (C) to the top of the desk legs using screws (3).
5. Attach Feet: Secure the feet (D) to the bottom of the desk legs using screws (2).
6. Prepare Desktop: Place the two desktop panels (P1, P2) on a soft, flat surface. Insert the wooden dowels (L) into the pre-drilled holes to align the panels. Secure them together using the connecting plates (K) and screws (1).
7. Attach Control Panel and Hooks: Mount the control panel and storage hooks (J) to the underside of the desktop using screws (1).
8. Mount Frame to Desktop: Carefully place the assembled desk frame onto the underside of the desktop. Ensure the motor and controller are on the left side. Secure the frame to the desktop using screws (1).
9. Cable Management: Use the cable clips (4) to organize the power cables and connect the power adapter (I).
10. Lift the Desk: With the help of another person, carefully lift the desk upright.

3. Operating Instructions

The FEZIBO Electric Standing Desk features an intuitive control panel for easy height adjustment and memory functions.

Height Adjustment:

• Up/Down Buttons: Use the 'Up' (∧) and 'Down' (∨) buttons on the control panel to manually adjust the desk height. The current height will be displayed on the LED screen.

Memory Presets:

The desk allows you to save up to two preferred height settings for quick adjustments.

1. Set a Memory Height: Adjust the desk to your desired height using the up/down buttons.
2. Save Height: Press the 'M' button, then press either '1' or '2' to save the current height to that preset.
3. Recall Height: Press the saved preset button ('1' or '2') to automatically move the desk to the stored height.

Child Lock Function:

To prevent accidental adjustments, the desk is equipped with a child lock.

• Locking Method: Press and hold buttons '1' and '2' simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate the child lock. A lock icon will appear on the display.
• Unlocking Method: Press and hold buttons '1' and '2' simultaneously again for 3 seconds to deactivate the child lock. The lock icon will disappear.

Anti-Collision Technology:

The desk features an automatic anti-collision system to protect the desk and surrounding objects.

• If the desk encounters an obstacle during upward or downward movement, it will automatically stop and reverse slightly to prevent damage.
• Ensure the area around the desk is clear before and during adjustment.

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the desk surface and frame with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, neutral detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Cable Management: Periodically check and organize cables to prevent tangles and ensure smooth operation.
• Screw Tightness: Over time, screws may loosen. Periodically check and tighten all assembly screws to maintain stability.
• Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum recommended weight of 79 kg to prevent damage to the motor and frame.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your FEZIBO Electric Standing Desk, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Desk Not Moving:
  • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the desk and the wall outlet.
  • Ensure the child lock is not activated. Refer to the 'Child Lock Function' section for unlocking instructions.
  • Perform a reset: Press and hold the 'M' button for 5-10 seconds until the desk moves slightly down and then up, indicating a successful reset.
• Uneven Height Adjustment:
  • Ensure the hexagonal synchronization rod is fully inserted and locked into place.
  • Perform a reset as described above.
• Anti-Collision Sensor Triggering Frequently:
  • Ensure there are no obstacles in the desk's path during adjustment.
  • Check if the desk is too close to a wall or other furniture. Maintain at least 51cm clearance.
• Unusual Noises During Operation:
  • Verify that all screws are tightened.
  • Ensure the desk is on a flat, stable surface.
  • If the noise persists, contact customer support.
