2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Powering On and Auto-Pairing

The IP cameras are pre-matched to the NVR at the factory, enabling a true Plug & Play experience. Simply connect the NVR and each IP camera to their respective power supplies. No video cables are required between the cameras and the NVR for video transmission.

Note: While the system is wireless for video transmission, each camera requires a power cable for continuous 24/7 surveillance. Cameras are not battery-powered.

2.2 Camera Installation

Mount the cameras in desired locations using the provided screw packs. Ensure the cameras have a clear line of sight to the NVR for optimal wireless signal strength. The cameras are designed for both indoor and outdoor use.

3.1 Motion Detection and Alerts

The system features motion detection capabilities to minimize false alarms. When motion is detected, smart notifications with app alerts will be pushed to your smartphone via the EseeCloud app (available for iPhone/Android).

3.2 Mobile Remote Viewing

To access your camera system remotely, connect the NVR to your router using the provided Ethernet cable. Download the free "EseeCloud" app on your phone, tablet, or PC. You can then remotely access live feeds and playback simultaneously on multiple smart devices from anywhere with Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G, or 4G connectivity.

3.3 One-Way Audio Function

Each camera has a built-in microphone, allowing you to hear audio from the camera's location through the phone app or connected monitor. This provides an additional layer of surveillance. Please note: There is no speaker in the camera, so two-way conversation is not supported.
