4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Drill Driver Operation

  • Forward/Reverse/Lock Switch: Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (drilling/driving screws), to the right for reverse rotation (removing screws), and to the center for the lock position (prevents accidental starting).
  • Variable Speed Trigger: The drill features a variable speed trigger. Press lightly for slower speeds and increase pressure for higher speeds.
  • 2-Speed Gear Control: Use the gear selector switch on top of the drill to choose between two speed settings:
    • Low Speed (0-360 RPM): Recommended for screwdriving and applications requiring higher torque.
    • High Speed (0-1300 RPM): Recommended for drilling into various materials.
  • Torque Adjustment (18+1 Settings): Rotate the torque collar to select the desired torque setting. Settings 1-18 are for screwdriving, with higher numbers providing more torque. The drill icon setting is for drilling applications, providing maximum torque.
  • Built-in LED Light: The LED light automatically illuminates when the trigger is pressed, providing visibility in dimly lit work areas.

5. Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Keep all tools clean and free from dust, dirt, and debris. Wipe down tools with a dry cloth after each use. For stubborn grime, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring tools are dried thoroughly afterward.
  • Storage: Store all tools in the provided tool bag in a dry, secure location, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This protects them from corrosion and damage.
  • Battery Care: Do not allow the battery to completely drain. Recharge it when power is low. If the battery completely drains, you may need to wait 4-5 minutes for the charger to sense the battery before it begins charging normally.
  • Lubrication: Periodically apply a light coat of oil to moving parts of pliers, wrenches, and other hand tools to ensure smooth operation and prevent rust.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect tools for any signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. Replace or repair damaged tools immediately to ensure safety and performance.
