Setup Instructions

  1. Insert Batteries:

Open the battery compartment on both the main receiver unit and the remote outdoor transmitter. Insert the provided AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). The main unit requires 2 AAA batteries, and the remote sensor requires 2 AAA batteries.

  2. Power On:

Once batteries are inserted, both units will power on automatically. The main unit will display indoor temperature and attempt to connect with the remote sensor.

  3. Pairing the Sensor:

Place the remote sensor near the main receiver unit during initial setup. The main unit should automatically receive the signal from the remote sensor. If the connection is not established within a few minutes, press and hold the "CHANNEL" button on the main unit for 3 seconds to initiate a search for the sensor. The remote sensor has a small LED indicator that flashes when transmitting data.

  4. Placement:

Once paired, position the remote sensor in your desired outdoor location. Ensure it is protected from direct sunlight and heavy rain for accurate readings and longevity. The sensor is rainproof but not fully submersible. The main unit can be placed indoors on a tabletop, mounted on a metallic surface using its magnet, or hung on a hook.
