Setup
1. Power Supply Installation
The monitor can be powered by either AAA batteries or a Type-C USB cable.
Using Batteries:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the monitor.
- Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Using USB Cable:
- Connect the Type-C end of the USB cable to the port on the side of the monitor.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
2. Cuff Connection
- Select the appropriate cuff size for your arm (Standard: 9"-17", Extra Large: 13"-21").
- Insert the air tube connector from the cuff firmly into the air socket on the side of the monitor.

3. Setting Date and Time
Before first use, it is recommended to set the correct date and time for accurate record-keeping.
- With the monitor off, press and hold the SET button for a few seconds until the year starts flashing.
- Press the MEM button to adjust the year. Press SET to confirm and move to the next setting (month, day, hour, minute).
- Repeat the process using MEM to adjust and SET to confirm for each value.
- Once all settings are confirmed, the monitor will exit setup mode.
Operating Instructions
1. Before Measurement
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, or bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a reading.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
2. Applying the Arm Cuff
- Slide your arm through the cuff loop. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
- Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above your elbow joint.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose. The fabric fastener should be secure.

3. Taking a Measurement
- Select the desired user profile by pressing the user icon button (two person icons).
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate.
- Remain still and do not talk during the measurement process.
- Once the measurement is complete, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- The reading will automatically be saved to the selected user's memory.
- Press START/STOP again to turn off the monitor, or it will automatically shut off after 3 minutes.
4. Reviewing Memory Records
- With the monitor off, press the MEM button.
- The most recent reading will be displayed.
- Press the MEM button repeatedly to scroll through previous readings for the currently selected user.
- To switch between user memories, press the user icon button (two person icons) before entering memory mode or while in memory mode.
Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Wipe the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
Storage:
- Store the monitor and cuff in the provided nylon carry bag.
- Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- If not in use for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
