3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Monitoring
The 7-inch, 1,500-nit high-bright touchscreen display provides clear and detailed video monitoring even in bright outdoor conditions. Use the touchscreen interface to navigate menus and adjust settings.
3.2 Recording and Playback
The monitor supports independent recording of 1080p/60fps H.264 footage directly to a microSD card. This allows for on-set sample editing without affecting the primary camera recording. Access the recording and playback functions through the monitor's menu.
3.3 Remote Control Capabilities
When used with compatible accessories such as DJI Hand Grips, DJI Master Wheels, DJI Force Pro, or the DJI Three-Channel Follow Focus, the monitor enables remote control over various camera and gimbal functions. These include focus control, high-precision gimbal control, starting/stopping of recording, and adjustment of camera parameters. The built-in gyro sensor also allows the monitor to function as a remote motion controller.
3.4 Signal Output
With the Remote Monitor Expansion Plate (sold separately), the monitor can output HDMI and SDI signals, allowing integration with other professional video equipment.
3.5 Image Transmission
The integrated O3 Pro image transmission receiver utilizes triple-band automatic frequency hopping (2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz, and DFS) to automatically scan the electromagnetic environment and select the optimal wireless channel, ensuring stable and reliable video transmission.
3.6 Assistance Features
The monitor includes focus assistance and exposure assistance tools to aid in achieving precise image capture.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
To clean the monitor screen, use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for electronics. For the monitor body, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials.
4.2 Battery Care
The WB37 Intelligent Battery should be stored in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods. Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain its health. Use only the provided WB37 Battery Charging Hub (USB-C) for charging.
4.3 Software Updates
Periodically check the official DJI website for firmware updates. Keeping your monitor's software up-to-date ensures optimal performance and access to new features.
5. Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Monitor does not power on | Low or depleted battery; incorrect battery installation. | Ensure the WB37 Intelligent Battery is fully charged and correctly inserted into the NP-F Battery Adapter (RX). |
| No video signal displayed | Transmitter not powered on or connected; signal interference; incorrect input settings. | Verify the DJI Video Transmitter is powered on and properly paired. Check for strong signal interference in the environment. Ensure the monitor's input settings match the transmitter's output. |
| Limited wireless transmission range or unstable connection | Environmental interference; obstructions; distance exceeding optimal range. | Operate in an open, interference-free environment. Reduce distance between monitor and transmitter. Allow the monitor's triple-band automatic frequency hopping to scan for optimal channels. |
| Video output is always 60p, regardless of input frame rate | This is a characteristic of the monitor's output processing. | The monitor outputs video at 60p. If specific fractional frame rates (e.g., 23.98p, 59.94p) are required for downstream equipment, external converters or alternative monitoring solutions may be necessary. |
