4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. An electric screwdriver is recommended for efficiency.

4.1. Step-by-Step Assembly Video

4.2. Written Assembly Steps

  1. Prepare Panels: Identify the left side panel (A), right side panel (B), left back panel (C), and right back panel (D). Note the "Up" and "Down" markings on the panels.
  2. Assemble Back and Side Panels: Connect the left side panel (A) with the left back panel (C) using self-tapping screws (O). Repeat for the right side panel (B) and right back panel (D) using self-tapping screws (O).
  3. Install Frames: Install the upper frame (I) and lower frame (J) to the top and bottom edges of the assembled side and back panels. Secure with self-tapping screws (O).
  4. Attach Top and Bottom Panels: Install the top panel (E) and bottom panel (H) to the corresponding frames, securing them with self-tapping screws (O).
  5. Install Hanging Panels: Fit the half of self-tapping screws (O) into the back panels, not fully tightened. Install the lower hanging panel (F) first, then the upper hanging panel (F). Fix the panels by fully tightening the self-tapping screws (O).
  6. Insert Shelf Clasps and Shelves: Put the shelf clasps (P) onto the holes of the back and side panels at your desired height. Then, place the 3 shelves (G) onto the shelf clasps (P).
  7. Install Doors: Install the heel post (R) and heel post gasket (Q) onto the bottom of the cabinet. Then, install the left door (K) and right door (L) by aligning the hinges with the cabinet frame and securing them.
  8. Attach Door Accessories: Install the door hanging panel (M), hanging rod (N), anti-friction mat (S), and lock cover (V) to the inside of the doors as shown in the diagram.
  9. Install Locks: Install the lock (R) with the lock rod (P) on the right door (K).
  10. Wall Anchoring (Optional but Recommended): For enhanced stability, fix the cabinet onto the wall by installing the provided screws, washers, and dowels (U) through the designated holes at the top rear of the cabinet.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Locking and Unlocking

Insert one of the provided keys into the lock on the right door. Turn the key clockwise to lock the cabinet and counter-clockwise to unlock it. Ensure both doors are fully closed before locking. The magnetic stoppers will help keep the doors shut even when unlocked.

6.2. Adjusting Shelves

To adjust a shelf, first remove all items from the shelf. Carefully lift the shelf to disengage it from the shelf clasps. Reposition the shelf clasps into the desired holes on the side and back panels, ensuring they are level. Then, place the shelf back onto the clasps, making sure it is securely seated.
