This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Welgo C20 Dual Alarm Clock Radio. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper function and to maximize your user experience.

Setup

1. Power Connection

The Welgo C20 operates primarily via AC power. Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the clock radio and then plug it into a standard wall outlet.

2. Battery Backup (Optional)

For backup power during outages, insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit. These batteries are for backup only and will not power the device for daily operation due to higher consumption.

3. FM Antenna

Extend the integrated FM antenna for optimal radio reception. Adjust its position to improve signal clarity if needed.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting the Time

  1. Press and hold the TIME SET button. The hour display will flash.
  2. Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to adjust the time.
  3. Press TIME SET again to confirm.

2. Setting Alarms (Alarm 1 & Alarm 2)

The Welgo C20 features dual alarms, each configurable for daily, weekday, or weekend operation.

  1. Press and hold the ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button. The alarm hour display will flash.
  2. Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to set the desired alarm time.
  3. Press the respective ALARM button again to select the alarm mode:
    • MON-SUN (All 7 days)
    • MON-FRI (Weekdays only)
    • SAT-SUN (Weekends only)
  4. Press the ALARM button again to select the wake-up sound. Choose from 7 options: 4 gentle sounds (flute, bird, piano, forest), 2 traditional sounds (beep, bell), or FM radio.
  5. Press the ALARM button one more time to confirm and exit alarm setting.

3. Snooze Function

When an alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button on top of the unit to temporarily silence the alarm for 9 minutes. You can snooze up to 7 times.

4. FM Radio Operation

  1. Press the FM button to turn on the radio.
  2. Press the SCAN button to auto-scan and save available FM stations (87.5-108MHz). The clock radio can save up to 40 stations.
  3. Use the PREV/NEXT buttons to cycle through saved stations.
  4. Adjust the volume using the VOLUME +/- buttons (30 levels).
  5. Press the FM button again to turn off the radio.

5. Sleep Timer

While the FM radio is playing, press the SLEEP button repeatedly to set the sleep timer duration (5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 minutes). The radio will automatically turn off after the selected time.

6. Display Dimmer

The 2.6-inch LED display brightness can be adjusted from 0% to 100%. Use the DIMMER control located on the back of the unit to set your preferred brightness level.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Battery Replacement: If using battery backup, replace AAA batteries annually or when the clock loses time during power outages.
  • Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, remove the backup batteries.

Troubleshooting
