4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your HECASA Motorcycle Hitch Carrier:

1. Attach Hitch Receiver Bar: Slide the square end of the hitch receiver bar into your vehicle's 2-inch receiver. Secure it with the provided hitch pin.
2. Mount Main Carrier Rail: Connect the main carrier rail to the hitch receiver bar using the large bolts, washers, and nuts. Ensure a snug fit.
3. Install Support Brackets: Attach the two support brackets to the main carrier rail and the vertical support of the hitch receiver bar using the smaller bolts and nuts. These provide additional stability.

5. Operating Instructions

Loading Your Motorcycle

1. Prepare the Carrier: Ensure the carrier is securely attached to your vehicle and all connections are tight. Place the loading ramp (not included, but can be attached to the carrier for stability) in position.
2. Position Motorcycle: Carefully roll your motorcycle onto the carrier, guiding the front wheel into the wheel chock cradle.
3. Secure with Straps: Use heavy-duty tie-down straps (not included) to secure the motorcycle. Attach straps to the handlebars and frame, pulling down and outward to compress the suspension slightly. Secure the rear wheel to the carrier as well.
4. Verify Stability: Gently shake the motorcycle to ensure it is firmly secured and does not wobble. Adjust straps as necessary.

Unloading Your Motorcycle

1. Prepare for Unloading: Ensure the vehicle is on a level surface.
2. Remove Straps: Carefully release all tie-down straps.
3. Position Ramp: Place the loading ramp securely.
4. Roll Off: Slowly and carefully roll the motorcycle backward off the carrier and down the ramp.
