4. Sizing and Fit Adjustment

Proper helmet fit is crucial for safety and comfort. The VG110 helmet is available in three sizes:

  • M: 54-58 cm (21.3-22.8 inches)
  • L: 57-61 cm (22.4-24 inches)
  • XL: 59-63 cm (23.2-24.8 inches)

4.1 Adjusting Helmet Size

To adjust the helmet's circumference, locate the rotary dial at the back of the helmet. Turn the dial clockwise to tighten the fit or counter-clockwise to loosen it. Adjust until the helmet feels snug and secure without being uncomfortably tight. The helmet should not move freely when you shake your head.

4.2 Adjusting Chin Straps

Adjust the chin straps to ensure a secure fit. The straps should form a 'V' shape under your ears. The buckle should be centered under your chin. Tighten the strap so that no more than two fingers can fit between the strap and your chin.
