This Zinus Smart Box Spring features a new quick assembly design with fewer bolts and tool-free locking brackets for a straightforward setup. Assembly typically takes minutes to complete.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Refer to the included parts list to ensure all pieces are present.
2. Assemble Frame Sections: Connect the steel frame sections using the push-pin system. Align the pins with the corresponding holes and push until they click into place. No tools are required for these connections.

3. Attach Locking Brackets: Secure the frame corners and central supports using the tool-free locking brackets. These brackets slide into place and lock the frame sections together for added stability.
