4.1 Components

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your Relassy NV4000 binoculars:

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Battery

The Relassy NV4000 has a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.

1. Connect the included USB cable to the device's USB port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The charging indicator will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will change or turn off.

A full charge provides approximately 5 hours of runtime with IR on (level 7) and up to 10 hours during daytime use (IR off).

5.2 Inserting the TF Card

The device comes with a 32GB TF card pre-installed. If you need to replace it or insert a new one (up to 128GB, not included):

1. Locate the TF card slot on the side of the device.
2. Gently push the TF card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the correct orientation.
3. To remove, push the card in again until it pops out slightly, then pull it out.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the screen turns on.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the screen turns off.

6.2 Day Vision and Night Vision

The device automatically operates in color mode during the day. For night vision:

• In low light or complete darkness, press the IR+ button to activate the infrared illuminator.
• Press IR+ or IR- repeatedly to cycle through 7 levels of IR intensity. Higher levels provide brighter illumination but consume more battery.
• The screen will display a black and white image in night vision mode.

6.3 Zoom Operation

The device features 5x digital zoom.

• While in live view, use the IR+ and IR- buttons to adjust the digital zoom level.
• Rotate the focus wheel near the objective lens to achieve a sharp image at different distances.

6.4 Photo and Video Capture

The device supports three modes: Photograph, Video, and Playback.

1. Switching Modes: Press the MODE button to cycle between Photograph, Video, and Playback modes.
2. Taking Photos: In Photograph mode, press the Photo/Video button to take a picture.
3. Recording Videos: In Video mode, press the Photo/Video button once to start recording, and press it again to stop recording.

To review captured photos and videos:

• Switch to Playback mode using the MODE button.
