Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or stickers.
  2. Cleaning: Wash all removable accessories (baking pan, fry basket, crumb tray, wire rack) with warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
  3. Placement: Place the oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Initial Burn-in: Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Operating Instructions

General Operation:

  1. Power On: Press the Power button to turn on the oven. The LED display will illuminate.
  2. Select Function: Rotate the Function Dial (left knob) to cycle through the preset cooking programs. The selected program will be highlighted on the display.
  3. Adjust Time/Temperature: Press the Time/Temperature button (right buttons) to toggle between adjusting time and temperature. Rotate the Time/Temperature Dial (right knob) to set the desired values.
  4. Start Cooking: Once settings are confirmed, press the Power button again to start cooking.
  5. Pause/Stop: Press the Power button during cooking to pause. Press and hold to stop the cooking cycle.
  6. Interior Light: Press the Light button to turn the interior light on or off.

  • Baking Pan: Ideal for biscuits, cakes, turkey, steak, lasagna. Recommended Position: 3.
  • Fry Basket: Best for chicken wings, chips, steak. Recommended Position: 2.
  • Crumb Tray: Always place at the bottom to collect food scraps. Recommended Position: Bottom.
  • Wire Rack: Use for meat, bread, pizza. Recommended Positions: 1-3.
